The Atomic Clock application, which is only available on the Windows Phone platform, receives the time via NTP (Network Time Server) and transmits it to your phone. At this point, I can say that it will be very useful to apply it on sensitive days such as New Year celebrations and commemorations, where you need to know the exact time. However, let me point out that it is not possible to automatically synchronize the time received from the server due to the limitation of the Windows Phone platform APIs.

You can access the time server, the refresh rate per second, the displayed time (such as local time) from the settings menu of the Atomic Clock application, which displays the time in milliseconds next to the date of that day.
