After a parasitic virus sweeps the world, creatures that were once human are killing everyone in their path and trying to bring about the end of humanity. Fight against these once-human creatures and regain control of the world.

You can play alone or in pairs with your friends. In Back 4 Blood, where you can play with up to four people, finish the increasingly difficult zombie story and try many ways to survive. In addition to the story mode, you can play with or against your friends in PVP battles. Play as cleaners with special abilities or Ridden with terrifying abilities.
