In the application, where you can access information about the product thanks to the banderols on the covers of the products, you can make inquiries with the camera or manually.

You can also perform this process by manually entering the banderol number in the Bandroller Inquiry application, which instantly shows you the details of the work thanks to the QR codes on the banderols. If no information can be found at the end of the query process or if the information on the screen does not match the product information, you can report it to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
