Coreinfo is command line utility. Coreinfo shows the mapping between the NUMA nodes and the socket located where the cache assigns each logical processor, as well as between the logical processor and the physical processor.

Coreinfo uses Windows Get Logical Processor Information function to obtain this information and renders it to the screen, presenting a map to the logical processor with an asterisk (*) etc.

Coreinfo is a very useful program for understanding the inside of the processor and hidden areas. Using Coreinfo:

For each resource, it shows the map of OS-imaging processors that presents the appropriate processors written to the specified resources with an asterisk. For example, on a 4-core system, the line in the cache comes out with a map shared with the 3rd and 4th cores. Usage: coreinfo [-c][-f][-g][-l][-n][-s][- m][-v]

-c Dump about kernels -f Dump about kernel features -g Dump about groups -l Dump about caches -n Dump about NUMA nodes -s Dump about sockets -m Dump about NUMA access -v Second level A dump of virtualization-related features with support for address translation (requires administrator rights on Intel systems.) By default, all options are selected except -v.
