The free Android game is about what happened after a bomb fell in the city center a short time ago. There are many injured people around besides the dead people. Although the beneficiaries were transported to the hospital, they all died suddenly, and doctors at the hospital say these deaths were a case of mass cardiac arrest. However, closing the hospital windows and doors with barricades poses question marks. While there has been no news from the inside for the last 12 hours, the voices heard are not very heartbreaking.

We step into this spooky hospital with our hero, which we control, and witness that all the rooms are locked. Our only chance to survive is to kill for money. With this money, we can open rooms, have additional space and buy more powerful weapons. We must barricade the gates we pass and move quickly. In order to survive, we have no choice but to kill everything that stands in our way.
