Download DiskInternals Linux Reader,
If you are using more than one operating system on your computer and this second operating system is a Linux-based system, most likely the hard disk partition containing the second operating system is formatted as Ext2 or Ext3. Although Linux users can use formats such as NTFS, Ext formats are preferred because they are much more performant for Linux. However, since Windows cannot access the files in these formats, there are problems in accessing the files on the Linux side.
Download DiskInternals Linux Reader
The DiskInternals Linux Reader program overcomes this problem and allows you to read the files in the Linux partition from within Windows. Working as a kind of bridge application, the program allows you to copy directories and files in Ext2 and Ext3 partitions to NTFS or FAT partitions.
Since it has read only permission and cannot write any data to the Linux partition, it also ensures that you will not have any problems when you switch to your other operating system. If you want to read Linux partitions using Windows own interface, be sure to check out the free and easy-to-use DiskInternals Linux Reader.
