e-Government Key is an additional application for secure login to the e-Government Gateway, which offers the convenience of performing many transactions over the internet, such as residence document inquiry, criminal record, military service inquiry, OSYM login, service record.

e-Government Key creates additional security when logging into the e-Government Gateway application, where we can do many things online without wasting time in government offices, from performing military service to learning exam results, registering IMEI to getting a service report.

The passwords produced by the e-Government Key application, which we can use after creating a key record from the e-Government Key menu, which we can access after logging into our e-Government account via turkiye.gov.tr, are single-use passwords - just like in mobile banking applications. When logging into E-Government from your Android phone or Turkiye.gov.tr, you enter the password generated by the application after your TR ID number and password. Thus, it becomes impossible for anyone else to access your e-Government account, even if your password is known.
