By downloading e-Government, you can perform e-Government Gateway transactions from your Android phone. If you are an internet banking customer, mobile signature or electronic signature user, you can log in to e-Government without obtaining an e-Government password. You also have the opportunity to get your e-Government password from PTT, but you must personally go to PTT branches with a valid ID card containing your TR ID number.

e-Government Download

e-Government Gateway is the official e-Government mobile application offered by the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey. By downloading it free of charge to your Android phone and using your existing e-Government password or mobile signature, you can quickly and easily perform all transactions allowed through the e-Government portal without opening your computer.

In the renewed e-Government application, we see that the interface has been improved and new services have been added. You can use the new e-Government application, which is more useful and brought up to the level of todays modern applications, by entering your TR ID number and password or with your mobile signature. When you log in to the application, you will see the transactions frequently carried out via e-Government. You can access corporate and company services, read your messages, and change your password from the pop-up window. If you do not already have an e-Government password, you must apply to PTT branches in person with your valid ID. For Mobile Signature subscription, you need to contact the operator you receive service from and complete the necessary procedure.

The new e-Government application, where you can perform criminal record inquiry, IMEI inquiry, learning the lines registered to you, number porting inquiry, getting 4A – 4B detailed service records, learning your family doctor, traffic fine inquiry, examination results and many more, is in beta phase. It may sometimes cause problems such as not being able to access information at once, but since it is updated frequently, it offers more trouble-free use every day.

The number of services and institutions added to the e-Government Gateway mobile application is rapidly increasing. What is added to the e-Government official website turkiye.gov.tr will soon be added to the mobile application. SGK 4A Service List, Ministry of Justice Court Case Inquiry, Revenue Administration Data Inquiry, SGK GSS Premium Debt Inquiry, Ministry of Finance e-Payroll Service are among the most used services in the e-Government Gateway mobile application.

How to Get an e-Government Password?

You can obtain your e-Government Gateway password by applying in person from PTT offices or authorized agencies in the country, and from embassies and consulates affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs abroad. If you use mobile signature, electronic signature, Turkish ID card or internet banking, you can create a password after logging in to the e-Government Gateway with one of these. When you log in to e-Government for the first time, you will be automatically directed to the Password Change page for security reasons. When you log in to the system after registration, you can change your password/set a new password from the My Password and Security Settings page.

If you forget, lose or steal your e-Government password, you can get a new password with one of three options. First; By renewing your password on the e-Government Gateway. Latter; By getting a new password from PTT. Third; Log in to e-Government with electronic signature, mobile signature, internet banking or new TR ID card and use the change my password option in the user menu.

You can go to the PTT branch to renew your e-Government password, or you can set a new password with the Forgot My Password option from the e-Government Gateway. In order to renew your password without going to the PTT branch, you must have defined and verified your mobile phone number in your profile. You can add your mobile phone number under My Communication Options on the e-Government Gateway and complete the verification process by typing the verification codes sent to your phone into the relevant fields.

We recommend that you verify your mobile phone number and e-mail address after logging in to e-Government. When you first receive your password, PTT collects 2 TL as a transaction fee, but later - for any reason - you pay 4 TL for each password you receive from PTT.
