We are a guest in a 2D world in Flat Kingdom, which is about a story set in a fantastic kingdom. The first 3-dimensional version of this world, after hosting chaos and evil, was made 2-dimensional by a wise wizard, and the evil effects of the 3-dimensional world were kept away from this 2-dimensional world by 6 different magical jewels. Thanks to this, our kingdom called Flat Kingdom was able to live in peace and tranquility for a long time. However, this environment of peace and tranquility faced the risk of disappearing due to an approaching danger. A masked thief named Hex has gone missing, stealing one of the magical jewels that protect this kingdom and kidnapping the kingdoms princess. For this reason, the balance in the kingdom was disturbed, and chaos began to dominate the kingdom. The king assigns our hero, Flat, to save the kingdom and the princess, who are giving signals to return to their 3D state. Our heros special ability is that he can change shape. We are involved in the game by controlling our hero.

In order to progress through the story in Flat Kingdom, we need to solve puzzles, establish dialogues with different characters, and take advantage of our heros special abilities when needed. The combat system in the game is very interesting. In order to destroy our enemies, we need to touch them in the right shape. This gives us an experience similar to the rock-paper-scissors game.
