I can say that it is a simplified version of Google Assistant, the personal assistant of Google that comes installed on all Android phones. It has the majority of voice commands and popular features (except reminder, control of smart home devices, device actions) available in Google Assistant. On your phone running the Android Go version, you can activate the voice assistant by long pressing the home button or tapping the Assistant app icon.
