Lets say you are dealing with programming and you do not know in which file the code you need is in. Instead of searching all files one by one, you can perform your searches using the GrepWin application. Its usage is briefly as follows; Right click on the folder you want to search and select the GrepWin application. Then, by typing the code or text you are looking for in the Search for section, it will be enough to press the Search button at the bottom. In the search results, text files containing the word you want will be listed.

You can not only search through the application, but also change a text you are looking for through the application. For this, you can enter the text you have changed in the Replace with box under the Search for section. I definitely recommend you to try the GrepWin application that will save you time and speed.
