HFA Notification is an official mobile application where you can complain about businesses that use the exchange rate increase as an excuse and continue to increase their prices even though the exchange rate has decreased. You can easily and quickly complain about a company that makes unfair price increases through the mobile application offered by the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.

The HFA Notification mobile application, designed to enable citizens to make their applications regarding unfair price increases more easily and quickly, can be downloaded free of charge. You can also complain about markets that increase their prices significantly without improving the quality of their products. All complaints you submit through this application will be sent directly to the Ministry.

The HFA Notification application, which is currently much more practical than applying to the Alo 175 Consumer Advisory Line call center, the Ministry, CİMER and AKİM, is also extremely easy to use. After becoming a member, you enter the title of the company subject to the complaint, the product group you will complain about, the brand information you will complain about, write in the description section why you are complaining, upload a document and add a photo of the product and forward it to the relevant units of the Provincial Directorate of Commerce.
