KapGel service is currently only available in certain locations in Istanbul. KapGel serves in Ataşehir, Beyoğlu, Beşiktaş, Kadıköy, Sarıyer and Şişli districts, and it is planned to expand these regions and expand the service to other provinces. In order for the KapGel service to serve in your region, you can download the application and vote for it to start in your district.

The products you can order within the KapGel application are grouped under categories. You select and order the product you want from categories such as food, coffee, market, shopping and technology, and KapGel couriers deliver these orders to your address. KapGels delivery time for your orders is 1 hour. It is also possible to check the status of your orders from within the application.
