The main purpose of the application is to sound an alarm as soon as your Mac computer is unplugged and to warn you by sending SMS or calling you directly. Of course, it is among its other advantages that it is offered for free and comes with a simple interface that we can say almost non-existent.

Although it does not work with operators outside the USA for now, it seems possible that the application will provide this service for the whole world in future versions, because its manufacturer is very assertive about the future of the application. In order to register your phone and receive SMS, it is sufficient to use the Register Phone option in Laplock.

Receiving notifications via Yo is also possible if you log in with your Yo account. Also, do not forget that your device must be connected to the Internet, either wired or wirelessly, for the system to work effectively. An audible alarm sounds as soon as it is unplugged, which is among the factors that ensure the safety of your device.
