The chain of events we are involved in at Mount Hill begins at a nuclear test station. Due to an accident at this station, a cloud of radioactive fallout emerges and this cloud covers the outskirts of the city. The soldiers of the city called Mount Hill are locked in a quarantine zone due to this radioactive leak. While people who survived radioactive poisoning live in harsh conditions, newborn children are born with terrible mutations and attack the environment uncontrollably.

The government assigns the army to limit this disaster that broke out in Mount Hill to the quarantine zone and prevent its voice from being heard. With the military intent on wiping the area off the map, the residents of Mount Hill flee to the hills and gather their strength to take revenge on the government and military that are trying to destroy them. We join the game as a soldier assigned to destroy these bloodthirsty mutants permanently.
