Developed by Volition and published by THQ, Red Faction: Guerrrilla was first released in 2009. The game, which was prepared for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms, was the third game in the Red Faction series, as well as being shown among the best games of THQ by many game magazines.

In Red Faction Guerrilla, which is played from a third person perspective and has an open world structure, the players manage the character named Alec Mason and together with the character, they were trying to prevent attacks on the colonies on Mars with the Earth Defense Force (EDF) forces.
