Rkill is a program for killing malware processes on your computer. Thus, your normal security software will then work and clean up any damage to your computer.

When Rkill runs, it cleans up any malware processes. It then creates a registry file that removes false file associations and fixes measures that stop us using specified tools. When these are finished, a log file is displayed showing the processes that were stopped as a result of the programs execution. Rkill just stops a programs running process and doesnt delete any files.

After running this program, you should not restart your computer. Instead, you should immediately scan your computer with an anti-virus or anti-malware program.

We recommend downloading RKill with different filenames. Because some malware can prevent files that do not have a specific name from working.
