With the S Health application, which you can start using by creating a profile for yourself, you can follow your daily activities, improve yourself with different exercise programs, and set a goal for yourself. You can follow how active you are during the day, how many calories you have burned, how much you run or walk, and even your heart rhythm on clear graphics at first glance.

S Health doesnt just keep track of the workouts you do outside or at home, and report it. It also gives advice on how to be healthier. E.g; It reminds you that you should listen if your heart is beating more than it should, or that you should walk or run on a day when you dont have enough activity.
