As it will be remembered, we traveled to North Africa in the previous game of the series, Sniper Elite 3, and tried to stop the Nazi forces. The new sniper game of the series transports us to a different geography, Italy, and we continue our war with the Nazi troops in this Mediterranean country. Our hero Karl Fairburne, who supports the Italian resistance in the cities, green forests and mountain monasteries on the Mediterranean coast, embarks on a dangerous adventure to defeat fascism and we accompany him in this adventure.

As in previous games, Sniper Elite 4 has a gameplay that mixes TPS and FPS genres. We use the 3rd person perspective while managing our hero in the game, so we can see our surroundings more easily. While aiming, the game switches to a first-person perspective, so we can set targets more precisely. In addition, the action camera, where we watch our bullets go in slow motion, and the x-ray images that appear when the bullets hit our enemy are also preserved in Sniper Elite 4.
