Stickies, a small and simple program, does not mess with your system files and does not save any data in the registry section. Thus, it works independently of your system, so that you can take notes in the background at any time without causing any slowdown.

Stickies stores all information in a single text-based .ini file. The program, which does not support animation and image, has many editing options and advanced features despite its small structure. Pasted notes do not disappear until you delete them. You can also assign titles to your notes, set the background color and transparency of the notes.
