CD Projekt RED had decided to expand The Witcher universe with Thronebreaker. Set in an atmosphere similar to The Witcher series; however, this time the production, which tells the story of a queen named Meve, offered a different role-playing experience. Thronebreak, which was stated to tell the Nilfgaardian invasion of Meve, a general and warrior who ruled the peoples of Lyria and Rivia in the north, managed to attract attention with its different structure.

Thronebreaker, which is stated to be based on exploring the universe in which the game takes place, includes role-playing elements in The Witcher series, as well as Gwent, which has recently entered the beta process and released the full version on the same day as Thronebreaker. As players manage their characters while exploring, they engage in Gwent-style card battles in case they get into any conflict.

Throne Breaker: The Witcher Tales, which aims to offer a different experience to those who love The Witcher universe with its blend of The Witcher and Gwent, manages to attract our attention as one of the games that should definitely be tried.

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales features

Thronebreaker offers over 250 single player exclusive cards as well as 20 new cards for GWENT: The Witcher Card Game.
Each card represents an entity in the game - characters players interact with during open world exploration can be on-hand entities that can be deployed during battle.
During each game, players make choices and face the consequences – acting against an allied conviction can cause their cards to disappear from the deck.
Mastering the campaign will allow you to unlock premium animated versions of cards, additional multiplayer avatars, borders and titles.
Fully voiced dialogues have been translated into 11 languages.
