With TrafficWatcher, you can monitor your network activity and track the amount of downloads and uploads you have made.

On the main screen of the TrafficWatcher application, which is a simple to use application, you can see the download and upload speed while surfing the Internet. The application, which displays the activities over the LAN network in a separate section, presents these activities as a text as well as presenting them graphically. On the main screen of the application, you can see the model of the Wi-Fi card you are using, as well as access options such as MAC address, IP address, masking address, gateway and number of connections.

Under the Options tab, there are options where you can limit your internet speed. You can set the maximum speed by choosing one of the options for download and upload speeds. Also for LAN network, you can easily limit your connection speed with this function.

You can access this small free tool developed to monitor your network activity from the system tray.
