- Check the advanced settings: First, under Options - Preferences - Advanced - Disk Cache, check the Automatically overwrite memory size and set size manually box and set it to 1800. Second, under Options - Preferences - Bandwidth, set the Maximum number of connected peers per torrent to 500.
- Force start torrenting: To speed up the download, right-click the torrent file then select Force Start. Right click the torrent once again and set the Bandwidth assignment to high.
