To add speech bubbles to your photos with Voice balloon photo, you must follow these steps:

Open your camera and select Voice Balloon Photos.
Let the device detect the sounds around you. Speech bubbles will appear when sounds are detected.
Take the photo with the speech bubbles displayed by tapping the camera.
You can move the speech bubbles and change their themes when the photo is taken. You can edit or delete the text by tapping on the speech bubbles.
Finally press the save button.
