Wasteland 2: Directors Cut is the sequel to the Wasteland series, which was first released in 1988 and is an RPG classic, developed with todays technology.

Wasteland 2, a role-playing game developed by a team headed by Brain Fargo, the developer of the first Fallout, offers us a gameplay that goes back to the roots of RPG games. The scenario of Wasteland 2 is about an alternative world war story. Nuclear weapons used in this world war bring the destruction of civilization and the nuclear fallout has been wreaking havoc over the years as cities fall into ruin. Since basic resources such as food and water are limited, difficult survival conditions lead people to plunder. Even fanatical cults, bandits, and man-eating cannibals appear. While innocent people try to survive in this environment, a group of ex-soldiers who call themselves Desert Rangers volunteers to protect these innocent people.

The decisions we will make on the Arizona desert, where we are guests in Wasteland 2, have different results. In this way, Wasteland 2 makes us feel that it is a serious role-playing game. We have different options to solve the problems that we encounter in the game. If we cant open a door, instead of finding the keys, we can try to open the lock like a locksmith, blow up the door with bombs and continue on our way. There are hundreds of different heroes in the game, and we can choose any of these heroes and include them in our own hero team. While heroes have different advantages and disadvantages, we can collect different equipment and weapons for our heroes throughout the game, so we can strengthen them.

The Directors Cut version of Wasteland 2 was developed with the Unity 5 game engine, which offers higher graphics quality than the original version of the game. In addition, the Persia & Quirks system, which will give your heroes new advantages, small innovations that affect the battle mechanics, and new dialogue voiceovers are added to the game.
