XtremeMark is a small and free benchmark test program where you can measure the performance of your processor.

The biggest feature of the program, which supports 32-bit and 64-bit processors and allows you to test a maximum of 16-core processors, is that the tests are fully customizable. You can select the number of threads, thread priority, reports and run separate tests with different selections. Of course, since your processor will be very tired during the test, it would be best to close all programs and just watch the test and not test at the highest values if your processor is not good enough.

After your test with XtremeMark, you can get detailed information about your system in addition to the benchmark test results. The name of your operating system, installed service pack, build type, operating system version, number of running processors, available and total memory, total virtual memory, processor manufacturer, model and specifications, processor frequency and socket type information are also listed after the test.
