Since 8 and 5 add up to 13, you have to put 3 again, since there is 3 in the ones place. In this way, you create the Yushino number.

The game is played online and with real players. In this case, just like in Scrabble, you have to use one of the numbers on the screen to continue the game. In this way, you play against each other in turn.
